Unlike traditional saunas, infrared technology warms your body directly at comfortable temperatures, delivering maximum benefits without the stifling heat—just pure rejuvenation. Infrared therapy is a type of treatment that uses infrared light to promote healing in the body. Infrared light is not a form of the visible light spectrum, but we feel it as heat because the energy emitted from infrared light stimulates the water in our bodies to generate energy, which is what you feel as warmth. While infrared radiation does not emit visible light, it is a part of what is called the electromagnetic spectrum.
Infrared saunas heat the body directly, providing a more comfortable experience at lower temperatures (18-65°C) compared to traditional saunas, which can reach 80-105°C. Please Note: As this is an outdoor infrared sauna, initial heat-up times may be slightly longer in colder months/in colder areas (especially if they are exposed, and not in sheltered environments. So give it 20/30 mins to take off the chill and you are good to go!
